Use of the Secretariat
The Alumni Secretariat office is availabe to facilitate and help all Paduans. All Paduans are encouraged to make use of the Secretariat where appropriate. Programs of Paduans takes priority in the use of the school facilities, but it will make the Club House available to Year Groups for meetings or recreational activities.

Year Group Setup
The Secretariat assists Year Groups with setting up a functional year group by providing executives with the documentation for bank-account openings.
Obtaining a Copy of Your Transcripts
Paduans must send their request directly to the Ebenezer Senior High School administration. The individual must carry a valid ID card.
Obtaining a Copy of Your Paduan Certificate
The Paduan Certificate will be awarded to final year students at an Induction Ceremony organized by the school. Paduans/parents/guardians may contact the Alumni Secretariat for more information.
